Rock the Locks Music Festival will be held at the Big River Golf Course in Umatilla, Oregon.
The festival entrance address is: 83606 Bud Draper Road, Umatilla, OR 97882

Driving Directions
From I-82: Take exit 1 toward Umatilla.
At the bottom of the hill merge onto US-730/6th St and head East towards Hermiston.
Enter the festival grounds via Bud Draper Road. Look for signs.
Traffic flaggers and electronic signs will be directing traffic on Highway 730.
DO NOT GO TO THE GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE. You must go to the festival box office entrance on Bud Draper Road.
There will be no through traffic allowed on Willamette Street. Local and business traffic only.
Shuttle Service
Downtown Umatilla shuttle stop at the Econo Lodge on the hour.
Address: 1481 6th St, Umatilla, OR 97882
11:00 AM – 12:30 AM on Friday & Saturday and
11:00 – 10:30 PM on Sunday.
Pick-up Locations:

2. McNary Tennis Courts

4. Quality Inn Entrance
5. Riverside Ave.
