What is this year's lineup?
We have some amazing performers lined up. Be sure to visit our schedule of events for the entire listing. Line-up is subject to change.
What's the cost?

Prices range from $79 to $449, depending on your ticket preference. All sales are final! No refunds will be given. 


Can I bring my own chair or blanket for the concerts?

This is a General Admission festival. You will be allowed to bring in chairs and blankets.

Chairs will only be allowed to be placed where the soundboard is located and behind.

There are NO CHAIRS allowed between the soundboard area and the stage.

No tents or shade umbrellas will be allowed inside the concert arena.

All bag chairs will be subject to search at the entry gates. Be prepared to take your chair out of the bag.

What if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. You are attending at your own risk.

Is the event ADA accessible?

Yes! We have designated handicap parking and camping areas and ADA restrooms. 

Since this is a General Admission event, there is no designated handicap seating or standing areas. 

Wheelchairs and folding chairs will be allowed in designated areas. NO chairs will be allowed between the soundboard and the stage. 

Is there going to be merchandise for sale?

Yes! Rock the Locks and band merchandise will be available for purchase at the merchandise village. ALL event and band merchandise can be purchased using the Fastbar wristband. There will be no cash sales at the merchandise village.

What if my favorite band cancels?

You are purchasing a ticket for the  entire festival and not one specific band. The lineup is subject to change and the City is not responsible for cancellations. 

There are no refunds due to band cancellations.

Should the need arise, we will do everything possible to find a suitable replacement.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

Can I bring in a backpack or a bag?

There will be a strict CLEAR bag only policy. If we can’t see through your bag it will not be allowed.

Camel pack water packs will not be allowed.

Rock the Locks is a CASHLESS event.

To help make the food and beverage lines move faster, RTL will be a cashless event.

All attendees will be issued FASTBAR RFID wristbands, linked to your credit or debit card OR loaded with cash and can be used at all point of sale locations including merchandise and food vendors and all beverage stations.

ALL event and band merchandise will be purchased using Fastbar and no cash or credit cards will be accepted. 

Simply tap to pay in a couple of seconds and we’ll automatically close out your tab at the end of the event and send you a receipt.

There is NO personal information of any kind stored on the wristband.

Do I have to wear a face-mask?

Masks are not required.

How can I apply to be a food or craft vendor?

Please visit our “Vendors” page, under the Information tab, to fill out the application and pay the nominal fee.

Where is the best place to stay if I am coming in from out of town?

We have onsite festival camping available for Tents and RVs. Also, there are several hotels in the area and other camping and RV locations. Please visit our “Where to Stay” page for more detailed information and to reserve your camping spot.

Is alcohol available at the event?

3 full bars will be set up in the concert arena. All purchases will be made using the Fastbar RFID wristband. No cash will be used at the bars.

If purchasing alcohol, you will be required to have a GREEN Fastbar wristband.

Wristbands will be available at the Fastbar check in booth inside the concert arena. ID will be checked. No Legal ID, no wristband.

No outside alcohol will be allowed in the concert arena.

Can I bring my pet?

Properly trained service animals under the care and supervision of their owners are permitted, but this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals or pets.

Owners should be able to describe the service that the animal performs and the training it has received; no one will inquire about the nature of the owner’s disability or medical condition.

Can I bring in a cooler?

Coolers will not be allowed. 

Camel pack water packs will not be allowed.

Volunteer 8 hours and get a 3-day ticket.

Will there be an ATM onsite?

RTL is designed to be a cashless event and there will NOT be any ATMs onsite. 

We strongly recommend you connect a credit or debit card to your wristband, in advance by pre-registering before you get to the event. 


A professional security team will be patrolling the concert arena, parking and campground areas. 

All guests attend Rock the Locks at their own risk.

No liability is assumed by the City of Umatilla, producers, managers, promoters, sponsors or others associated with this event. 

What else can I bring?

All bags will be subject to search! CLEAR BAG POLICY IN EFFECT!

Only clear bags will be allowed. If you do not have a clear bag, do not bring it in. 

No firearms or other weapons will be allowed. 

No outside food or beverages allowed inside the concert arena. 

You can bring in empty water bottles. There will be a water filling station setup for drinkable water. NO metal bottles or thermos’ will be allowed. Soft recyclable water bottles only.

There will be In/Out privileges with your wristband.

Will the golf course be open?

The golf course will remain open during the festival with a modified 9-hole course.
