What is this year's lineup?
We have some amazing performers lined up. Be sure to visit our schedule of events for the entire listing. Line-up is subject to change.
What's the cost?
Prices range from $99 to $499, depending on your ticket preference. PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS HERE!
Can I bring my own chair or blanket for the concerts?
This is a General Admission festival. You will be allowed to bring in chairs and blankets.
Chairs will only be allowed to be placed where the soundboard is located and behind. There are NO CHAIRS allowed between the soundboard area and the stage.
No tents will be allowed inside the concert arena.
What if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. You are attending at your own risk.
Is the event ADA accessible?
Yes! We have designated handicap parking and camping areas and ADA restrooms. There is no designated handicap seating or standing areas. This is a General Admission event.
Is there going to be merchandise for sale?
Yes! Rock the Locks and band merchandise will be available for purchase at the merchandise area.

What if my favorite band cancels?
The lineup is subject to change and the City is not responsible for cancellations. There are no refunds due to band cancellations.
Do I have to wear a face-mask?
Masks are not required.
How can I apply to be a food or craft vendor?
Please visit our “Vendors” page to fill out the application and pay the nominal fee.
Where is the best place to stay if I am coming in from out of town?
We have onsite festival camping available for Tents and RVs. Also, there are several hotels in the area and other camping and RV locations. Please visit our “Where to Stay” page for more detailed information and to reserve your camping spot.
Is alcohol available at the event?
3 full bars will be set up in the concert arena. Beverage tickets will need to be purchased ahead of time at one of the ticket booths in the concert arena. No cash will be used at the bars.
If purchasing alcohol, you will be required to get an alcohol wristband. Wristbands will be available at the beverage ticket booths. ID will be checked. No Legal ID, no wristband.
No outside alcohol will be allowed in the concert arena.
Can I bring my pet?
Properly trained service animals under the care and supervision of their owners are permitted, but this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals or pets. Owners should be able to describe the service that the animal performs and the training it has received; no one will inquire about the nature of the owner’s disability or medical condition.
Can I bring in a backpack or a bag?
There will be a strict CLEAR bag only policy. If we can’t see through your bag it will not be allowed.
Can I bring in a cooler?
Coolers will not be allowed.
Want to attend for Free?
Sign up to be a volunteer and join us at Rock the Locks for FREE. Volunteer 4 hours of your time and get a 1-day ticket. Volunteer 8 hours and get a 3-day ticket. Click the “Volunteers” page to fill out the application and we will contact you.
Will there be an ATM onsite?
Yes, we will have 2 ATMs onsite. One will be located in the main concert area by the beverage ticket booth and one will be located near the food vendors.
Security
A professional security team will be patrolling the concert arena and campground areas.
All guests attend Rock the Locks at their own risk.
No liability is assumed by the City of Umatilla, producers, managers, promoters, sponsors or others associated with this event.
What else can I bring?
All bags will be subject to search. CLEAR bag policy in effect.
No firearms or weapons will be allowed.
1 unopened water bottle per person will be allowed.
No outside food or beverages (besides 1 bottle of water) allowed inside the concert arena.
In/Out privileges with your wristband.
Will the golf course be open?
The golf course will remain open during the festival with a modified 9-hole course.
