Rules - Rock the Locks Music Festival

Please read all the rules

All ticket sales are final. No refunds.
Absolutely No Fighting – Zero Tolerance Policy. If you are fighting, your wristband will be cut off and you will be removed from the premises.
No Weapons (Guns, Knives, Chains etc..) – Please leave your weapons at home. NO FIREWORKS!
Absolutely no beer Kegs allowed in anywhere on festival grounds.
This is a family friendly event. Kids 12 and under are free with the purchase of an adult General Admission ticket.
Nobody Under 16 Allowed in VIP Area. Must provide government issued ID.
Pets, please see FAQ regarding pet policy.
No Tents or Tarps Inside Concert Arena.
No Umbrellas, Shade Tents or Parasols Inside the Concert Arena.
No recreational electric vehicles in the festival/concert area (including, but not limited to; ebikes, escooter, etrike).
Strollers or Wagons will be searched and are not permitted in the designated viewing areas
(load/unload only). Strollers/Wagons must be parked in the designated parking area.
Chairs Are Allowed in The Concert Arena (In Designated Chair Area). NO chairs can be setup between the soundboard and the stage.
Any Minors Found in Possession of Alcohol Will Have Their Wristband Removed and Be Asked to Leave the Venue.
Any Adult Providing Alcohol to Minors Will Have Their Wristband Removed and Be Asked to Leave the Venue.
No Coolers or Outside Food and Beverages.
No Glass or Metal Containers (Including refillable water bottles).
No Professional Cameras (Detachable Lenses).
No Audio or Video Recording Devices.
No Selfie Sticks, Tripods, Laser Pointers.
No Drones in the Campground or the Concert Arena.
No Flammables (Fireworks, Explosives, Road Flares etc..).
Bags under 12″x 6″ x 12″ may be brought into the venue. Any bag larger will not be allowed.
Bags are subject to search.
No Illegal Drug Use – This Includes Vaping Marijuana in Public.
Campground Quiet Time is 1:00AM And Will Be Enforced by Festival Security.
Parking is Available Onsite and may be purchased online or onsite. ADA Parking also available.
Any Items Deemed Inappropriate by Festival Security Will Not Be Allowed.
City has sole discretion to interpret and enforce these rules.
